About the Hayward Hub
In 2013, Susan Hayward, the founder of Hayward Hub, was seeking a new direction. Exhausted from driving 3,000 miles a month and recovering from cancer, she knew it was time for a change, professionally and personally. That journey led her to self-employment and, ultimately, to creating a business rooted in helping others thrive.
In 2015, Susan became an accredited trainer with MHFA England and began focusing on mental health education. Her mission was simple yet powerful: to make a difference one person, one course, one organisation at a time.
Since then, the Hayward Hub has grown into a trusted provider of business coaching, personal development mentoring, and accredited mental health and neurodiversity training. Whether you're a business owner seeking clarity, a manager upskilling your team, or an individual navigating change, the Hayward Hub is here to support your growth.
We meet your needs through:
- Business coaching to align your personal and professional goals
- Mental health and neurodiversity education and training, MHFAiders®, Champions and Awareness workshops, and bespoke topics
- Personal development coaching that empowers you to realise your full potential

- Accredited and evidence-based – Our training is MHFA England and Thrive-certified, rooted in best practice, and designed to be relevant to your team’s real challenges.
We know that running a business or managing a team can be overwhelming. Time is short. Budgets are tight. People are stretched. That’s why everything we do is built to be accessible, impactful, and human, because when people feel understood and supported, they perform at their best.

Testimonials
A recent testimonial truly stands out. The course, Mental Health First Aid, was delivered for a UK-based multinational company operating across 9 countries and representing 40 nationalities. Participants spoke a range of languages, including English, Italian, Spanish (from both Spain and Chile), Polish, French, and Portuguese, with English being a second or even third language for many.
The group brought a rich diversity of cultural perspectives, and thoughtful adjustments were made throughout the training to ensure that all learners could fully engage and meet the course objectives.
The result? Every participant scored Susan 10 out of 10, and their written feedback reflected the impact, included here as given:
- Amazing course, very inspiring instructor, safe atmosphere.
- Excellent!! Susan was amazing and the content very interesting and helpful.
- Although being designed for UK based people, the course is very helpful for other countries, regarding resources (support hotline, charities) IA can be used in addition to the course.
